Praslin Island is the second largest in the Seychelles. It is a very picturesque island. For those who appreciate nature this destination is perfect for its lush   vegetation and abundant animal life are such a fundamental part of the island's identity. Swimming is very popular the ocean is so beautiful it makes it irresistible to swimmers. On the beautiful beach of Anse Lazio you can enjoy other activities such as sailing and diving. The beach also features dazzling coral reefs and both have outstanding ways of viewing the beauty of the islands from a different perspective. The tourism industry on the island is not very focused on things that can be done inside because of Praslin's natural outdoor beauty. During the summer and even winter it gets very hot which is the best time to visit and takes place during what those in North America and Europe consider summer. Those who plan on getting a good tan and sun should be advised to pack sunscreen and sunglasses.
