C. How can I book a specific meal?
For Scheduled airline bookings, you may request a specific meal at the time you make your reservation.
If you need to request a meal after you have completed your online booking, please selecte flight changes on our website and complete the form. You will be charged for this service.

A. In what time zone are the times listed on my travel itinerary?
The times that are printed on your travel documents will be in the local time zone of the particular departure or arrival airport.

K. Do I need to reconfirm my flights?
There should be no need to reconfirm your flights before departure from the Republic of Ireland, however, we do recommend that you reconfirm any onward or return flights with the airline you are travelling with locally at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Permitted check in baggage allowance
Check in allowance varies from airline to airline and, also, from destination to destination. The standard Baggage allowance is 1 piece of luggage of around 20 Kilos per person for Economy class travel. However, Ryanair and Air Lingus have a baggage allowance of 15 Kilos, but this is not included in the ticket price ( paid for as an extra ).
Please check your ticket to ensure that you are using the correct guidlines for the weight of you luggage, as if you are in exess of the listed weight, you will be charged for the exess weight.

Frequent Flyer Points
if you are a frequent Flyer, please contact us so that we may add these details to your booking. We will be unable to exchange frequent flyer points/miles for new flights. Also please be advised that not all flights are eligible for frequent fler points/miles.

What carry on luggage can I carry?

It is recommended that you always carry the following in your hand luggage:
